How do I contact the help desk?

We recommend using our Self-service portal. You may already find an answer to your question here. You can also submit your question via a ticket, which will then go directly to the appropriate employee.

If you are not a Cevi Group customer, or are not yet using our Self Service Portal, you can also reach us via email at support@cevi.group. Questions for the helpdesk that reach us via e-mail may be processed a little later.

I forgot my password

You can reset your password for our Self-service portal yourself on the ‘Forgot password?” page.

Can I share my ticket with colleagues?

Yes! For each new and existing ticket, you can use the “Share” button to notify your colleague. You can search within all contacts of your organisation. The selected colleagues can then see the ticket in the self-service portal and we will also keep them informed via email.
